Advanced Technology


All of River Bend's buildings have been designed for ultimate flexibility by providing high ceilings, heavy floor load (up to 250 lbs/sq ft),
and the most advanced communication equipment in the area. All campus residents have access to the latest technology including:

  • 10 different fiber-optic providers
  • Tenant ability to reserve dedicated dark fibers for private use
  • Emergency generators with uninterruptible power supplies
  • Electric vehicle charging stations
  • Free Wi-Fi in common areas

River Bend's campus has its own fiber-optic node to reserve the full bandwidth of our fiber-optic lines for the exclusive use of campus residents.


Conference Facilities


River Bend Center offers full-service conference facilities on-site for the convenience of our residents. We offer multiple room choices, including:

  • Our grand conference rooms (which have hosted major trade shows, corporate meetings, and large scale holiday parties)
  • Our modern auditorium
  • Our beautifully appointed boardroom
  • Smaller meeting rooms ideal for daily activities

Our cafeteria offers catering for meetings and special events, as well as daily hot and cold menu specials for breakfast and lunch.


Accessibility


River Bend's Stamford, Connecticut campus is within 45 minutes of New York City, the JFK Airport, and the LaGuardia Airport,
and is less than 30 minutes from Westchester Airport.

River Bend is conveniently located in the Springdale section of Stamford, providing drivers an easy commute via I-95 or the Merritt Parkway (CT-15)
without the congestion of downtown Stamford.

The Metro-North Railroad directly serves River Bend via the adjacent Springdale train station and Connecticut Transit buses operate daily
from the center of our campus.


Reliability and Stability


River Bend understands that to be successful businesses need to remain open and operational 24/7 in today's global economy. Our campus
offers 11 emergency generators and UPS systems. We employ a highly trained and licensed maintenance team who are available 24/7.

River Bend's reliability and stability was proven in August of 2011 when Hurricane Irene hit and again in October of 2012 when Hurricane
Sandy came ashore. River Bend remained open and completely functional while most of the Tri-State area was without power.

We are proud that River Bend has been a cornerstone of the Stamford business community for over 50 years. Our Stamford, CT campus
is owner occupied ensuring the highest levels of quality and attention for all our tenants.

River Bend's campus is home to a diverse mix of tenants including financial data services, medical technology research and development,
disaster recovery centers, transportation logistics, and general manufacturing. We even have a University on campus!

River Bend Center is an environmentally friendly business park.  Our campus has upgraded indoor and outdoor high efficiency LED lighting,
solar powered lighting for our bus stops, electric vehicle charging stations and more.  River Bend is pleased to offer our tenants a country-like
setting with outdoor lunch and meeting spaces as well as scenic walking and jogging trails.
