River Bend Center of Stamford Signs Long-term Lease with Bleachers

 

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) is pleased to announce that Bleachers, a live streaming media company, has signed a long-term lease for 9,500 square feet at 2 River Bend Center. NGKF Senior Managing Director Tim Rorick and Director Brad Soules led the transaction on behalf of the owner, River Bend Center, LLC.

Bleachers' lease represents a relocation for the firm from within the Stamford area and comprises the first floor of the three-story, multi-tenanted, office building. 2 River Bend Center is nestled along the Noroton River and tributary pond, providing a beautiful campus workspace setting. Bleachers will take occupancy during the first quarter of 2017.
