River Bend Center of Stamford Signs 22,968-SF Lease with Dano Enterprises

In a transaction arranged by Michael Nelson of CBRE Group, Dano Enterprises, Inc. has committed to a 22,968-square-foot industrial/warehouse lease in Stamford, CT. The national supplier of fully biodegradable and recyclable compactor and refuse bags will house its manufacturing facilities at River Bend Center, relocating its operations from 180 Harvard Avenue.

"Dano Enterprises has been a long-time Stamford area tenant and after the acquisition of additional equipment required more space that could accommodate a 100-foot assembly line, high ceilings of up to 28 feet and an abundance of electrical power," noted Mr. Nelson. "Working closely with Dano, we were able to pinpoint 4 River Bend Center as the ideal location, given that the property previously housed a manufacturing facility with similar characteristics."

4 River Bend Center is part of Stamford’s River Bend Center building complex. Located within 45 minutes of New York City and its major airports, River Bend’s scenic, 40-acre campus features 12 buildings specially designed for business continuity, disaster recovery, data centers, advanced technology offices, and research and development facilities. 4 Omega Center features extremely high ceilings and reinforced floors to accommodate manufacturing and/or product distribution. The property boasts multiple loading docks, oversized freight elevators, and vast open spaces to facilitate easy logistics management.

Dano, an environmentally conscious organization, has been a leading national supplier of fully biodegradable and recyclable, kraft paper refuse sacks (Ecolobag), and paper and plastic compactor bags for over 40 years.

Jonathan Turner of River Bend Center represented the ownership in the lease negotiations.
